Telehealth changed the way you get health care. Instead of heading to a provider’s office, you can now talk with a medical professional on your phone, tablet or computer. With your Allina Health | Aetna plan you may have providers that offer telehealth services, so you can connect with them online. This makes it easier to get care from home if you’re not feeling well enough to travel.
Virtual care, also called telehealth or telemedicine, can be a fast and convenient alternative to in-person care. Can’t get to a provider’s office for a visit or need help after hours and on the weekends? Check with your provider or specialist to see if they offer virtual visits that meet your care needs. Or for information about your telehealth benefit, call us at the number on your member ID card.

Allina Health | Aetna members like you may be able to speak with their primary care provider (PCP) about hearing health through covered telehealth appointments. Find out if your PCP offers telehealth by calling their office or by visiting your secure member website.
