1. 24-Hour Nurse Line

For non-emergency health care questions, you can call our 24-Hour Nurse Line and speak to a registered nurse. And you can do it at no added cost, day or night. This can be helpful if someone’s symptoms or condition change, but you aren’t sure you need to go to the doctor, urgent care or the emergency room. A nurse can help with deciding the right place for care, understanding your symptoms and managing chronic conditions. 2. Healthy Home Visits

You can invite one of our trusted health care providers over for a private visit — or connect with them online (via telehealth) — at no added cost to you. These are called Healthy Home Visits and they’re covered through Signify Health.®

A Healthy Home Visit is a great way to get a check-up without leaving home. During the visit, a licensed health care provider may go over your medicines, screen you for certain health problems, go over home safety tips and share details about your health plan and benefits. The health care provider will share information with your primary care provider. To learn more about these benefits, visit your secure member website, or call Member Services at 1-833-570-6671 (TTY: 711) between 8 AM and 8 PM, 7 days a week.

3. Telehealth appointments

Telehealth appointments with your doctors or therapist can benefit you in so many ways. You’ll get to talk about your physical or mental health from the comfort of your own home. Plus, if your doctor does telehealth visits, the cost is the same as an office visit. These appointments are best for follow-up visits with your doctor, an exam of easy-to-see areas like your eyes or skin, prescription refills, and mental health services.

For mail-order, you can get prescription drugs shipped to your home through the network mail-order delivery program. Typically, mail-order drugs arrive within 14 days. You can call the phone number on your member ID if you do not receive your mail-order drugs within this timeframe. Members may have the option to sign-up for automated mail-order delivery.
